Michaela Staton is an art director and designer based in Washington, D.C.
She is currently the Assistant Art Director at Foreign Affairs magazine. She has worked at agencies, in-house, and within nonprofits focusing on editorial design, art direction, typeface design, and photo editing. She holds an MA in Communication and Typeface Design from the University of Reading and a BA in Graphic Design from Anderson University. She frequently enjoys dancing, taking photos, working in a printmaking studio, and a good book.
